Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Magic EVA Shop, Krienzweg 3, 5712 Beinwil am See, Switzerland, email: t.yucel@msn.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You are obliged to return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the goods before the 30 days have expired.

You will bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.
